Our Projects

Maggot Debridement Therapy (MDT)

Prolonged austere care is becoming the new norm for operational providers. However, wound debridement has always been a challenge under Low-Vis conditions. This project aims to take a proof of concept into real world application. Our partnership with Medicinal Maggot Laboratories aims to efficiently navigate the supply chain issues and create a network for austere providers access to sterilized maggots for low-cost wound management.

Hypocket

The Hypocket was borne out of a necessity in the operational environment to address a weakness in our community- hypothermia management. Utilizing vehicle heaters as an active heat source, the Hypocket was designed to be made anywhere in the world using local resources.

Snake Diplomacy

The Paradocx team and Asclepius Snake Bite Foundation have partnered to advance snake envenomation research and leverage snake clinics worldwide to address one of the most neglected tropical diseases of our time.

The Clinical Practical Guideline (CPG) for snake envenomation under the Joint Trauma System was born through this network. It continues to be a game-changer for all SOCOM providers and beyond.

Low-Vis Medicine

This project represents a dynamic collaboration between our team and personnel who work in a Low Visibility capacity, combining proprietary equipment designs and training to ensure unparalleled performance in the most ambiguous environments.
